Intro
Since earning my MA in Graphic Communication in 2010, I've collaborated with companies spanning tech, sustainable business, and financial services to develop expertise in user experience, interface design, and visual design. Through this work, I've helped organizations boost conversions, drive engagement, and elevate their creative standards.
Most recently, I've worked with Alpha Agency (formerly White Marble) helping their clients in financial services to elevate their visual identity, websites and user experience. In my spare time, you'll find me hanging out with my family or trying to remember how to ride a mountain bike.

My approach
Understanding users and stakeholders forms the foundation of every successful project. Through active listening and research, I uncover the complexities behind both user needs and business objectives, ensuring each project begins with clear direction and purpose.
I explore ideas, get inspiration from different industries and challenge established thinking to help uncover new opportunities. Thinking holistically, collaborating and testing ideas is key to developing the right ideas and understanding the broader implications.
We don't always need to re-invent the wheel. By building on established patterns and proven solutions, I can focus energy on the unique challenges while creating experiences that feel familiar and intuitive to users.
I'm a firm believer that the best designs come from testing, tweaking, and trying again. I love diving into user feedback and data to see what's working and what isn't, then iterating until we get it right.
