Intro
Since graduating from (MA) Graphic communication in 2010 I have been working with companies across tech, sustainable businesses and financial services to hone my skills in user experience, interface design and visual design. I've helped companies improve conversion, increase engagement and refine their creative output.
Most recently, I've worked with Alpha Agency (formerly White Marble) helping their clients in financial services to elevate their visual identity, websites and user experience. In my spare time, you'll find me hanging out with my family or trying to remember how to ride a mountain bike.

My approach
Understanding and empathising is always the most important step! Through listening and research, I strive to understand the complexities of the needs of people and businesses, to ensure each project starts on the right path.
I explore ideas, get inspiration from different industries and challenge established thinking to help uncover new opportunities. Thinking holistically, collaborating and testing ideas is key to developing the right ideas and understanding the broader implications.
Using established patterns, industry best practice and existing solutions we can solve problems quicker and create more intuitive expereiences for users.
Tinker, tweak, test. Most things can be improved and I beleive in making the most of data and user feedback to continuosly refine designs.
